very much so

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I think there definitely needs to be more cohesiveness across apprenticeship and employers as things can get confusing and overwhelming
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
ample support.
I have set time to focus on my apprenticeship - 1 day a week for study days.
I also have blocked time in my diary to allow me to focus on my maths assignments and revision.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
we have 1 study day every 3 weeks and a study day every week. we can also ask for more time to focus on our studies should we need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I find it helps a lot as it puts things in perspective however there is a lot of content in the course that does not relate directly to my role as a internal recruiter but more so to a agency recruiter. I also feel sometimes what we learn does not relate to the assignments or role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
yes lots of GIAC activities. Engage has a plethora of extra curricular groups to join and part take in and connect also offer online extra curricular activities
