Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Complete a DSUM in the morning. Discuss work for the day and start to perform tasks. Have regular intervals for breaks. Learn new skills by performing different fabrication tasks such as sheet metal, welding, pipe bending, fitting, heat treatment, etc.

Learnt all new skills such as welding, heat treating, working with different materials, working with new tools and using different techniques

Very well structures with a clear programme and deadlines.

Lots of support in all areas with benefits to training for first aid and mental health awareness and other things that contribute.
