Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Project Management Apprentice with an upkeep project. Dealing with challenges and issues to prevent delays to time, avoid extra cost and ensure quality
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I enjoy the programme. The bit I don't enjoy are the online Uni sessions as I find them un-engaging.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt a lot of both practical skills, knowledge, soft skills and academic skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme itself is structured well but the university session schedule and the way the sessions are run is poor.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
BAE are very supportive, all the line managers are very knowledgeable and they assist with learning regularly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Skills coaches are in place and assist wherever needed and they lead 12 weekly reviews to keep track of progress.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Learning is often transferable from university to role work. This is not always the case but that may be due to project phase or role specific tasks.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Stretch assignments allow you to broaden your knowledge. There are also societies to get involved in such as veterans or embrace.
