Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day includes placement work as part of the apprenticeship which is 5 , 6 month placements that gives us a various chances in the business. We also have University on the Thursday that works towards the diploma side of work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Enjoy the course and options given to us however been issues with communication and Uni that drop this score

I feel the training given to us at Blackpool is great and teaches us what we need however there have been problems that lead to lack of understanding in some areas and having to ask for even more support due to it not being explained.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes we get regular emails at work if want to join events or take part in them which I do.

As due to the work we do and the options it opens up having done the work with them
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
making sure that have read through what the work is and asking questions before applying as seemed when I joined that be alot more hands on but quite the opposite as more computer based work with some hands on options.
