5/5
I really enjoy it, as it lets me enjoy quite an exciting field and industry, a core functional role within that industry, and allows flexibility when I need it.

5/5
Soft Skills, IT Skills, as well as some core valued behaviours like collaboration, leadership, and inclusivity have all been really well developed here

4/5
Its very well structured, both in terms of hierarchy and scheduling. They are constantly checking on on your development and have plenty of key ways to sort out development issues within apprentices.

4/5
I receive lots of support in my role from BAE, as they give me plenty of opportunities to grow and support me wherever I need it through ERGs

The university isnt the best provider of training, but due to the programme being in quite early development, they are constantly adapting the content and teaching style for whats best for us.

4/5
I think the qualifications I will gain will allow me to understand the project i work on not just to a practical level, but also to a theory based level.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are a few sports teams, and a lot of networking events for specific special occasions, although there could be more.
