Loading orders, communicating with other departments and project managers, order book updates & joining meetings to provide order information.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the placement side of things, but unfortunately the structure of the learning & apprenticeship side drastically decreases the score. It is disorganised, stressful and unsupportive.

I have developed a lot. My confidence has increased, my problem solving skills have improved and I am now a lot more organised (plus lots more)
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Not well at all. There are constant mistakes in delivery sessions which leave us researching and finding discrepancies in what is taught. When we need a direct answer to a question regarding lesson content, this is often not given. The whole EPA process is so disorganised and the skills coaches are constantly changing information regarding it. It feels like the skills coaches are learning the job as we learn our apprenticeship.

I don't receive much from Early careers but I do receive some from line managers.

I think the company is amazing however, I would not recommend the apprenticeship.
