Data Analyst - refreshing dashboards, working with data, building workflows, producing dashboards, team meetings, product documents etc.

Some of the placements are really slow to start with but all get better as you're in them

First iteration of our cohort so things are still being worked out as we move along the programme

Have all the support in place, have a skills coach which is good from the early careers side and regular line manager contact

Enough to complete the assignments and learning. Have a uni skills coach too which is beneficial as well as meetings with line managers together
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

first year not so much, hopefully when we specialise now in second year it will become more and more relevant to our day to day jobs
