I feel my apprentice has been extremely helpful with handling the training and guidance when places in a placement without prior knowledge or experience in the tools used and the work given.

We have regular meetings to make sure our learning is where it is expected to be and help if it is not.

I have learned a lot of about handling data and also some other things like displaying data and using code to filter through data which has been used lightly in some of my placements. I have not started my specialisation within my learning yet which I believe is where I will find is more useful

There are although due to reasons I have not partook in them. But there are tea and coffee catch ups and also games nights.

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Because they have looked after me a lot and I feel like they provide a really good working environment compared to other organisations I have worked for before.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
I can not think of any tips I have at the moment for the application stages.
