Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
updating reporting packs as part of PMO team, chasing people for updates ready for reviews
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I would say overall i do enjoy my programme however i dont enjoy the uni side of the apprenticeship as much as the work side of it.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
i have developed my leadership skills running with certain reviews, people skills have also developed being in touch with lots of new and different people.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
it is very well structured as we have set uni days every year and it is very well planned however more info on gateway and epa would be useful in the first few years as im still unsure on what i will be doing in my final years and when i exit.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
i think i do get maximum support as we have many point of contact if im unsure on some thing as i can contact my placement manager/anyone in my team or go to early careers and contact my skills coach or functional lead.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
i think the upport could be better in terms of the layout of exams etc as somtimes im quite unsure on what they are asking and expecting from us but usual day to day uni days are well supported.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
i dont think uni has linked very much to my placement work in terms of what i am learning and feel i have learnt more in placements doing physical work than classroom based work in uni.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
yeah we have professional networking events every month with my cohort and go to external events with my placement team going for meals etc. not much sporting activities/social activities within work
