4/5
I have enjoyed moving round the different teams and having year long seats, as I feel this has given me a very good knowledge of the different practice areas available and what they offer as a career path. The complexity and variety of work has been a highlight. Being trusted and challenged keeps the program exciting and ensures I continue to develop.

Being the first cohort of apprentices has meant to program has improved and developed and we have been able to shape these changes. Overall, my experience as part of the first cohort has been a very good one.

4/5
We have a skills coach in place who we catch up with on a regular basis. They are committed to us getting the best out of our program from work and university.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
There is crossover in various modules we study at uni, contract law for example. This deepens understanding of the practicalities of our day job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are plenty of team and office socials to get involved in. There are also sporting events such as 5 a side, runs and obstacle course style events we compete in as an office. Equally, there are always a range of networking events with clients and professionals in Manchester.
