Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I mainly update spreadsheets and and graphs in the morning and then either do training or something else in the afternoon
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I think its one of the best programmes you can be a part of. The workplace experience is really good and having your university course paid for is also a massive bonus.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
The main skills I have developed while doing my apprenticeship is using the software that is only really used in the business. Software like excel I was already familiar with before hand but others have been developed a lot more.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It is a very well organised apprenticeship even with everyone being in different parts of the business. They still manage to put on good workshops and set up group meetings.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I can get support from my employer with whatever I do if I need it
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I get a decent amount. At university its expected you work alot more independently anyways but if I ever needed support I could get it
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It gives me a foundation of knowledge in project management which will help me when I come to work on things like a business case or a communications plan.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There is an endless amount of opportunities for me to get involved in at work including activities and networking. I can also create my own opportunity if I have an idea which I think other people would like.
