Significant lack of clarity throughout the apprenticeship up until the last few months of university

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Placements were planned throughout my apprenticeship but due to the lack of clarity from the university these where not fully utilised in meeting my key knowledge skills and behaviours required for the apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I had support from my line manager, early careers manager and an internal mentor
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lack of clarity around assignments with lectures being fully remote for the first half of the course and lectures being few and far between averaging only 12 days of contact with lecturer in person with 4 of these being remote sessions even after f2f learning was reintroduced
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has given me a lot of soft skills required for my job and links well to a lot of the current CI initiatives within the business
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Golf society, on site gym, STEM ambassador programmes, professional networking events such as annual trips to the house of commons or site visits.
