Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Assignment Writing, Forecasting job completion dates and supplying updates, progressing non conforming parts, matching paperwork with job for offload etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
College sessions are really enjoyable and break the working week up nicely. Placements are good how they change often and let us learn new skills and roles as well as meeting new people.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Time management has developed a lot as well as my efficiency in completing tasks. I've also learnt the use of ERP systems and how different functions play into each other.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Could be organised better in terms of us knowing when things are happening and when we need to start preparing for them etc. but overall i've been happy with this.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive lots of support, they always offer me the time I need to complete any tasks I have and they are understanding of my position and situation.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive lots of support, they consistently arrange college sessions when we require them, they ask us what we want to focus more on and assign time to cover this and they have catch up calls with us to check we are happy with everything.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I think that the learning scheme helps massively in my roles and I learn relevant skills and knowledge to use during my full time career.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are plenty of extra activities to get involved in such as school workshops, apprentice councils, football teams and more to get involved in, I personally help out with open events and play football on Fridays
