Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Marstons to a friend?
No
Why?
they’re is no actual support when you need help with extra hours, want to be shown new things. management sometimes doesn’t help team members but besides the mostly bad it’s a great way to build skills, meet people and get a sense of what a career in hospitality can be like
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marstons?
make sure that the individual pub is the best fit try to talk to people who work there and see what management is like because maybe it’s just where i work that it is this bad. for the apprenticeships the more you learn the easier the coarse gets even if it’s extra learning
