Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I assist in the running of projects to increase customer retention. To do this I attend collaborative meetings in which we innovate and implement ideas using business models.
I also play smaller and more specific roles in other people’s/departments projects within the business (for example helping in research to find best practices/sending out the communication to the network).

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was given a lot of responsibility which I really appreciated as I was treated as an equal colleague. It was nice having the responsibility as it showed they trusted my ability.
