The apprenticeship is very organised and structured. The programme has clear criteria to meet in portfolio projects throughout the programme and to work towards the end point assessment to ensure knowledge is met and I am continuing to learn.

My training provider provides a lot of support when working towards my qualifications, they provide regular catch ups to ensure I am staying on track, they provide feedback when I have submitted portfolio projects to ensure my work is meeting the criteria and is a high standard.

5/5
I am still working towards my qualification, however I feel this will help me to perform better in my role as I have learned a lot of the knowledge I use in my role through working towards my qualification and this has allowed me to become more involved in my team.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
