I had the privilege of being part of Adopstar LTD through their IT apprenticeship program, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made for my career. From the moment I joined, I was welcomed by a supportive team and provided with the resources and mentorship needed to grow both professionally and personally.
The apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with practical, real-world skills, and it truly delivered on that promise. The hands-on experience I gained, combined with the guidance from knowledgeable mentors, gave me the confidence to take on complex IT projects and tackle challenges I never thought I could. The learning environment at Adopstar was collaborative, and I was always encouraged to ask questions, learn from my mistakes, and push my boundaries.
What stood out the most was how much the company invests in its apprentices. Adopstar took the time to understand my individual goals and tailored the learning experience to help me achieve them. They also provided me with opportunities to network and connect with professionals in the IT field, which was invaluable as I began to build my career.
Thanks to the foundation I built during my apprenticeship, I was able to transition seamlessly into a full-time IT role and continue to grow in the industry. I am forever grateful for the guidance, training, and opportunities that Adopstar provided, and I highly recommend their apprenticeship program to anyone!

Yes, during my time with Adopstar, I’ve had the opportunity to both learn new skills and further develop existing ones. I gained hands-on experience in areas like hardware, networking and office referbishments, which were entirely new to me before the apprenticeship.
Additionally, I was able to enhance my problem-solving abilities, learn how to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and develop strong communication skills while working with both colleagues and clients. The exposure to various tools and technologies has been incredibly valuable in making me more versatile in my field.

From the outset, there was a clear roadmap outlining the skills and milestones I would be working towards, which helped me understand the progression of my apprenticeship.
