The End Point Assessment was not structured at all as my intake was the first to partake in an assessment. the Early Careers team did every thing they could but as it was in the hands of EAL very little could be done.

No support what so ever! No transparency between EAL and my company and i believe half of the End Point Assessment has now been scrapped.

BAE has created a Local financial environment as most all other local jobs do not pay anywhere near what BAE pays, and a lot of money gets put into the local area from the company.
