I loved all my sessions and look forward to them. I think they have equipped me with practical knowledge which I can apply in my coaching role.

It is very well organised and structured as one session compliments another.

I receive alot of support from my employer. DWP are very supportive, not all managers can be accommodating but my manager was and still is.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am very well supported by my tutor, she is the best!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me the best communication skills, and practical knowledge of how to frame a conversation.

As I believe it is flexible in terms of working. However the pay needs to be improved.

I would say, ask yourself if you values align within the organisation values and goals. If they don't , then please stay away as it may not be for you.
