Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

The role is enjoyable and exciting because you learn new things everyday but the the downside to it is collage as it doesn’t have great communication but the BAE side of the course is much enjoyable and easier to understand as there’s help from everyone around you and get the support you need.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the Marjority of my programme of the BAE side but I don’t like the colllage as much
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt about all the different behaviours BAE cover within the business and the course that they put you on to be safe and how to do things correctly in the safest way possible and it helps because I will have better knowledge about it
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is as organised as it possibly can be but sometimes the courses get cancelled but they get rescheduled as quick as possible to make sure that we get them done.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

At the moment I am in collage so I don’t see them as often but I get the support I need and ask for from them with the great communication they have
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They cover everything I need to know and all the important bits about my role like what to look out for and everything
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I get better knowledge throughout my role and learn how to do things correctly and safely
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yeah there are plenty of of activities such as STEM club that go round the schools and do mini projects around the uk

They support you with anything you need and they have many different roles you can go for and go far in your career to be successful.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Just go for what you want and I recommend applying with what they provide you with and the great support around you
