I enjoy my programme a lot because I get to learn while I'm working, which works amazing for my brain.

My Programme is very well organised due to the freedom it gives me to create my own routine and manage my time to a way that works for me.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer, any time I might be overwhelmed and struggling to keep up, I get offer time off work to keep up with my course work. Also, I've had some workshops on certain modules to help me with completing them.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions], has been amazing with all the support she's given me since the start. I've learned great things with her, for example: managing my time wisely and knowing my limits. She really has helped me with all the stress that comes from this.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me to know the correct way to deal with clients and what route to take in challenging situations, as well as, given me great leader knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
