My job role is to verify a person ID when that start a claim. I ensure that the customer claim is up and running

As I have gained more knowledge within my job role and in my apprenticeship . I have combined the two and maintained that balance when gaining new skills and exploring new skills.

Every now an then there is a night out with the whole office, when the first one came around i did not attend, but after that have i gained more confidence and came to see my colleagues as friend so i have taken part is some on the social activities.

A great place to work and gain new skills, it can get challenging sometime due the nature of the department but there is always someone who will help if required..
