Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
I manage orders under certain distributors - whether that's software, hardware, licencing or external professional services in order to chase distributors for updated ETA dates when there are past dates on our system. I do this through different lists that are sent out during the day, relating to different categories of orders. I liaise with sales internally, and supplies externally depending on the order.
