I work on all parts of the shops floor, I train others, I provide great customer service for our customers.

It is very well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support, they schedule me my apprenticeship time when it is needed. I can go to the managers for assistance with any questions I am not sure on.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

On the most part my lifetime coach is great but I have had some canceled meetings. I have not really needed to ask them for much help or advice so far.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is helping me learn more skills and background info for my organisation which will hopefully help me to progress in my career.
