I enjoy my apprenticeship, as a result of the work being engaging and the team being friendly and supportive of my development.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprenticeship has expanded my knowledge of electronics and electrical equipment allowing for a greater level of confidence when undertaking tasks. Putting theoretical classroom knowledge into its practical application.

The apprenticeship is well organised specific points of contact being easily accessible if any questions or concerns need to be raised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The apprenticeship is continuously trying to improve how it support apprentices and there specific needs, organising routine meetings where specific needs can be brought up and expressed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The apprenticeship is flexible with providing support where necessary and allows for priorities to be tailored to the apprentice to best encourage there development.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The apprenticeship sanctions relevant training which allows for jobs to be completed safely and effectively. As well as the qualification having some transferable elements which can aid in better performance on the job.

There are continuous opportunities for extra curricular activities available such as open evenings, field gun and more . Which allow for better networking connections with other elements of the business as well as personal experiences.
