Really well structured. I understood the process right from the beginning and had exactly the right amount of support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was brilliant. My people manager really supported me along the way and I was always given the time needed to complete my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a huge amount of support from my training provider. My PDE was exceptional.

As a senior leader in a complicated organisation I feel it is helping me to confidently lead my team and make the right decisions to add continuous value to our work.

There is a plethora of opportunity, from clubs to social events, to tickets to boxes at the O2 and Wembley arena, Legoland trips, opportunities to spend time on a yacht, Partnership hotels to stay in and many many more.
