I received a lot of support in areas I did not fully understand and would go out of their way to provide information that was not available at the time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel that having the knowledge and experience I gained from the course improves my ability to perform 4x better within my role whilst on the shop floor.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, every now and then, my employer would hold events for the crew to say a thank you for all the hard work.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend McDonald's to a friend?
Yes
Why?
At first people believe that McDonalds is a job that you go to if you fail your GCSE’s but actually you gain so much from the business and are able to develop skills you may not know you had.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
Always ask questions if you not sure about something, don’t be scared to ask, I was scared at first but once I realised the potential at what you can do and learn, I started to ask questions and at this current time I’m training to be a shift manager. This would have never come to be if I didn’t ask questions.
