Manage a team of asset finance specilists to arrange finance options for Corporate clients, my role is to coach, motivate and manage these colleagues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme as it has shaped the way that I think, behave and interact with my colleagues.

I have become a more strategic thinking manager and can look at the bigger prespective when leading my team of colleagues.

It is very well organised as modules are well spaced out. Would like more face to face classes though.

I get a day per week to work on my apprenticeship which really helps me to stay on top of the apprenticeship.
