My job involves helping our customers form the moment they walk through the order weather that’s helping them order, find a table help them use the app or help on service and we also are responsible for keeping our store clean and welcoming

Yes I’ve learnt how to extent my customer service skills and how to lead a team. More specifically I have learnt how to implement new types of customer service into my daily customer routine
