John Lewis & Partners, Learning and Development, Bracknell Campus. October 2022 to present. I lead a team of Progression Specialists who enable Partners to have opportunities to develop their skills, knowledge and experiences through apprenticeships and other development programmes. We serve the Partnership as the conduit between learning providers and programme users by identifying schemes that align to our Partnership Plan. I have successfully re-organised the team structure to achieve our key objectives in Early Careers and New skills, Enhancing Careers and Specialist Skills and Leadership Careers and Transferable skills. The Progression Programmes enable all Partners to fulfill their potential within a purposeful and sustainable career in the Partnership, through market leading, innovative programmes ensuring choice for all.
