To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy most of my programme I have found some difficulty adapting what I have learnt from college to my job role as most if it isn't relevant

Developed a lot of existing and new skills such as data analysis project management and overall learning of the pharmaceutical industry

As I am the first apprentice to be in my job role at our company this has been a learning process for everyone so somethings have been unstructured and had to be worked out along the way

I receive all the support I require from my employer
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received a lot of support from my training provider, but for my EPA I am the first to be dealing with this provider and there has not been much info available to prep for it
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Most of my engineering qualification hasn't been relevant to my role and not able to use what I have learnt in my qualification for my job role
