I enjoy my day to day job, the tasks I complete and the people I interact with. I also relish the opportunity to lead projects and initiatives that will impact the supply chain and its future performance.

The program within AstraZeneca is well structured and we offered many opportunities to collaborate cross functionally.

We receive a great amount of support from both our early careers team, line managers, fellow apprentices and team members. It is an incredibly supportive environment.

The degree is relevant to some aspects of my role and can be applied however, due to the nature of the industry I work in, some aspects are not relevant to the roles I have had.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

AstraZeneca offer a vast range of events. I partake in a Apprentice netball team, social activities such as nights out, hikes, bowling etc and they also offer multiple networking opportunities with both apprentices and senior leaders.
