Mostly in the kitchen preparing food orders. I train new starters and assist the shift manager to run different areas in the kitchen!
I also help float the safe and tills throughout the days shifts and perform daily training tasks on other staff members.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It’s huge, I’m getting more experience on the job as well as still getting paid my full wage, and my apprenticeship coach is sound. Really get on with him, makes it easy to learn.
