Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Journal Posting, Staff Headcount, Audit Queries, Centre Ownership and Apprentice Support.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Yes I do enjoy my programme, however I do wish I had more of a social aspect and there were more events.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes - analysing and correcting variances, owning and managing cost centres, and supporting fellow apprentices.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Very well - has regular placements and structure with work handover and new tasks given.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Employer, manager and team are amazing when it comes to support in and out of work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Has been difficult at times with receiving the right support but currently have an amazing tutor and lots of support at a training centre.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It is hard to link studying and work at times, however the learning of debits and credits, business ethics and the financial statements is very beneficial.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
This is the one area which I wish could improve - there hasn't been much of a social side to me apprenticeship since I started, only really when we organise a team meet or a Christmas party.
