I enjoy my programme because i have learnt alot more about my job role and my Learning mentor has been really helpful throughout.

I have furthered my knowledge in hospitality. Completed my English which i could not achieve in school.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say it is very organised. I always know what i need to be doing and aptem has helped organise my work into different months and what targets i should be hitting.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get given apprenticeship days so i am able to use the work computer to get my work done and i get help from my manager and she knows what shes doing as she has done tge apprenticeship before.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Any help i need they are always there to help they keep me on the right track and push my to be hitting my targets.

I have learned alot more about hospitality which i think would help me go further up in my restaurant.

Why?
It is a good job and everyday is different, Its very flexible if your needing that type of job and they always take your outaide of work activities into consideration.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
I would say to try and make sure you have your availability done when you apply as sometimes i can be abit hard to change if its not a cery good reason.
