I have enjoyed the apprenticeship so far but I do tend to find that it isn't fully adapted to the role that I am in

It is a very good and reputable organisation to work for. They are very flexible and supportive

I would advise them to stick with the application and to make sure they research into the job roles they are applying too, to make sure they have full expectations of what they are applying for.
