My job changes everyday, it can consist of diary management, excel admin, minuting high-level meetings as well as room bookings and building controller activities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme however the layout of the apprenticeship, I feel needs to be relooked at.

Yes I have, I have earned my customer service qualifications well as learnt a large section of admin related skills

I think the way the placements are selected for your 2nd year needs to be altered. The projects could be better/different timing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have definitely received great support and been looked after however I feel any good feedback is overlooked but the bad feedback is focused on.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We did receive some support from the college but not nearly enough.

Customer service is a great part of my job however it is more internal tan external which makes it harder.
