I am there to support account Managers in creating quotes and providing answers to any questions that they have or want solved.

I am really enjoying it and am grateful of the opportunity I have been given.

I have learnt how to write emails correctly, how to communicate effectively with a range of different poeple and how to manage my time correctly.

It is organized well in the way the masterclass are done and spread out through the months. As well as the assignment time.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have a number of different people I am able to go to and feel comfortable when doing so. They have a buddy system, mentoring, manager, apprenticeship manager.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am able to contact my firebrand mentor easily and I can message her and give her a call whenever I need to.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has helped me alot as I have learnt how to do a number of different parts of my role and been able to preform it to a higher standard now after the learning.

There is a great community at softcat, I have felt so comfortable there from the day started and everyone is so kind and friendly. They also do a lot of extras at Work that alot of companies dont do!
