I am a Universal Credit Decision Maker that makes decisions on the habitual residence of customers in the UK
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying the programme so far. It would be nice to have more access to my coach but she is so busy due to the number of learners they have

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I feel that I am enhancing a lot of skills I already have and have learnt a lot more about subjects do far including radicalisation and equality, diversity and inclusivity

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is sometimes quite hard to understand everything on the aptem systems, whether I am doing enough OFTJ hours and what I should focus on for my portfolio
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They are supportive but I rarely need them on a day to day basis with apprenticeship stuff. They give me a day a week to focus on it
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

She is supportive but not instantly - Due to her workload she can take a while to get back to me
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it is helping me to be a better all rounded individual
