To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it, Early Careers is doing a great job and there's so much to offer to apprentices and graduates.

For my role we were given the proper training and advice on all that we do. Early Careers wise it is extremely well structured and fun

A lot of support, they are quick to give one-to-ones if you are struggling with something and they make sure you are doing well individually through meetings, check-up messages and mentoring
