Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves both mechanical and electrical engineering. Daily tasks involve fault finding and repairs and theory based learning also.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy my apprenticeship. I get to learn new skills and implement them into my everyday working life.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt all new practical skills from both mechanical and electrical sides. I had no previous experiences in these fields and I have enjoyed it immensely.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think my apprenticeship is structured well, i get to learn new skills and it feels very balanced and equalled out.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get full support from my employers. if I need help I know I can ask for it and be fully supported throughout with anything I may struggle with.
