My role is to create products and parts out of metals. This involves welding, grinding, plasma cutting and the use of various tools.

Why?
The apprenticeship is a great experience and it opens up a whole book of options later in life. it provides me with vital skills and a high understanding of my place in work. it also provides me with a healthy paycheck and everyone is treated with respect.

Be confident, be kind respectful and present yourself with meaning
