To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme when taking part in practical work which involves electrical work however most of the course hasn't involved electrics so far and been completing other work.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned some new hand skills when working with tools. Have briefly learned how to install electrical systems. Recapped math knowledge.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I do not know my week b y week plan for the course and seems to be changing frequently and be unstructured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support from my employer when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good amount of support when required. If I am confused by something it is easy to ask questions to find out more and get a better understanding. However one of the instructors is hard to learn from.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Stable apprenticeship, treated fairly with lots of opportunities and good careers
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Make the most out of it as there appears to be many routes and opportunities which can be taken and a stable safe job
