Learning new processes for fabricating and welding different materials, learning about Health and Safety and duty of care in the workplace including all relevant regulations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot and I am glad that I chose to pursue this.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills from never previously doing anything similar everything is new to me and I have been supported throughout to progress my skills.

The program is very organised providing us with a set timetable of the years and what is expected for us to learn and grow on through the years.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The employer is very supportive and they aim to provide any support that I need or request.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is support in place if I need it to help when working towards my qualifications which we have access to contact at all times.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Through gaining different qualifications it will help me significantly perform better in my job role and understand what I need to do.

Yes the company provides trips for all new apprentices to go on to help build team skills and meet new people within the company.
