Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in a tech delivery team of HR Systems, my role is to support the Product Owner in ensuring the work completed is customer (colleague) focussed and gather research on it's effectiveness to influence decisions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I don't think the learning/qualification is the most exciting, however I love the work I do and understand the qualification can give me a deeper understanding of the role.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, this was a career switch for me so I have learned about how corporate banking works as an organisation, I have learned how tech delivery teams work and been involved in change transformation across a large business.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Mixed, I personally have had a really organised experience but a lot of that is because I have a great line manager. Some of my other apprentice colleages have had a less structure start.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot, I have had all equipment needed provided for me, and frequent check ins with my Line Manager.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Reguarl check ins every 6 weeks - good info provided via email.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Yes this aligns well and is accurate.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes loads of this, I run and art group in LBG and have been involved in numerous volunteering activities.
