To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have done 4 different roles in the 4 years I've been at BT, and it's been extremely fulfilling learning new skills and knowledge. I've taken on responsibilities inside and outside of my role that have helped me to grow. My teams have all been rolemodels of great best practice.

Learnt: stakeholder management, communication, financial budgeting and commercial awareness, public speaking, product design and management, product and programme management, product ownership

My programme is well-structured, but my training provider don't communciate well enough for me to organise properly first time.

A lot - regular checkins, mental health support, adjustments and protections, benefits

Plenty of support from tutors and Academic Centre of Excellence, as well as Learning Support team.

I lead an Inclusion team that delivers interactive panel events to an audience of over 400 grads, apprentices, IPs and their line managers.
