Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Days can vary in the quantity of work, however within a week I do some Lab work that is hands on getting to see products and sometimes its office based work doing meaningful work that is required for project progress.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
Although I have not been doing my programme a long time I am still enjoying it and everyday I look forward to coming into work, to get fun and new tasks that I get to learn from.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've learnt so many skills in the short time that I've been with the company. Most skills come from other senior engineers teaching me something and some are required as part of the role, but there are to many to list.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
As I am the first year that is doing this Programme there is a learning curve, however my programme is very well structured and offers me a chance to improve on the programme coming from my point of view.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive the right amount of support, by this I mean that when I'm learning something new I have time to figure it out on my own, but when I need assistance its always there.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Accommodations are always being made for me to study and learn as effectively as I can. Time is given for me to do my coursework if I need to and the ability to ask anyone for help is always present.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
As its still my first year on my programme it means that I'm doing harder tasks at work then I am at UNI but most of the graduates express the difference between a degree and working and how much more learning there is.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes there is some events to attend and groups to be apart of, STEM ambassadors are 1 to be named.
