It all depends on the day as i can be doing different things on a daily basis. I am always meeting new people when in different departments. My responsibilities change day to day depending on what task i am completing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the hands on experience, learning new skills by being able to watch someone do it then being able to do it myself

I have leaned how to fault find, how to perform calibration tests, how to test pcb boards.

It is organised okay. This depends on what time and it depends on what department as some departments don't have a lot of work on.

sometimes when we have assignments due we email our instructors to check an assignment by some instructors don't get back until the day that that assignment is due.

Why?
I thoroughly enjoy it and I'm a STEM ambassador for the company so I go to schools to promote the company.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Work together, make sure you get a good relationship with your cohort as if you are able to work together it can go along way especially when it comes to assignments or NVQ work
