The support I receive at EY is outstanding. The structured learning sessions have been incredibly beneficial, and I’m grateful for the regular check-ins with my counsellor. They make sure I’m on track with both my apprenticeship and personal growth, providing guidance and feedback whenever needed.
I’ve also enjoyed the exposure to various teams across the business, which has allowed me to broaden my understanding of different areas within the company. The work culture is incredibly inclusive, and I feel like I’m part of a team that genuinely cares about my development. There's a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and I appreciate the flexible working options that help me balance my studies and professional responsibilities.
I’m excited about the clear pathway for growth at EY and the opportunities to progress within the company. The networking opportunities have been great, and the supportive environment has made it easy to build connections with colleagues at all levels.
Overall, this apprenticeship has been an incredibly positive experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to kickstart their career with a company that values professional development, diversity, and growth.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
One of the key areas where I’ve gained new skills is in client management and project delivery. I’ve had the opportunity to work directly on client projects from the start, which has really helped me develop strong communication and problem-solving skills. I’ve also learned how to handle different challenges while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring quality work.
In terms of existing skills, my analytical and technical abilities have improved significantly, especially through the structured learning sessions. The training I’ve received has helped me build a deeper understanding of business concepts and allowed me to apply them in real-world situations. I've also developed my teamwork and leadership skills through exposure to various teams and projects. Collaborating with colleagues from different departments has taught me the importance of adaptability, communication, and working efficiently together to achieve shared goals.
Lastly, I’ve also worked on time management and juggling multiple responsibilities—balancing my coursework, client work, and other tasks. It’s been challenging at times, but I feel much more confident in prioritizing and managing my workload effectively.
