My role is a business administrator and my role involves many different things day to day but mainly diary management, spreadsheet populating , filing etc but is NOT mentally stimulating
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I hate my programme. The development after is so unbelievably dead end. There is no light at the end of the tunnel if anything the end result feels a punishment for our efforts as we are SQUEP but get paid less and graded less than others

Very very very little. No replies, missing work, poor communication

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
No
Why?
I would for degree holders etc, but for this particular apprenticeship absolutely not. Taken advantage of and punished for our experience and qualification gained.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Do not do this apprenticeship. Just apply to be a tech co ord externally, evidently the business does not care for qualifications / business knowledge in this role and you will be a better grade and paid better straight away. If you do this apprenticeship you will be on minimum wage for 3 years, on the lowest possible grade in the end. WASTE OF TIME.
